Earl Rowe Provincial Park | Alliston, Ontario | Paddleboarding

Earl Rowe has a man-made lake that is relatively stagnant and muddy.  There is a ton of natural debris (algae, etc) in the lake, so the paddle isn't as nice as one would hope.

We couldn't find a very good launch location other than the dock.  We did see an official concrete boat launch (the type used for motor boats), but it was tucked away out of sight, and we weren't sure if it had public access.
